Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
• Conduct private property tours, lifestyle presentations, and investment consultations.
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, ROI, and community insights.
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with luxury market expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred.
