We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Abu Dhabi Specialist Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local market and is ready to build a successful career in the UAE real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Provide expert insights on pricing, ROI, community features, and market trends.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong local expertise.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (communities, pricing, trends).
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
