Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking to buy, sell, or invest in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, market consultations, and investment presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and community insights.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self‑motivation, discipline, and drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
