Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience at least one year off-plan and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and the ability to handle clients professionally from inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer and investor inquiries for residential and off-plan properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Update CRM and follow company sales procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is mandatory AT LEAST ONE YEAR IN OFF-PLAN PROJECTS
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Fluency in Latin American Spanish, Korean, Russian, UK English, or Chinese is a plus
