Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate accounts, in the travel and tourism sector
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and surpass targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide regular reports on business development progress and market insights
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates
- Proven track record in business development, with a focus on corporate accounts and achieving revenue growth
- Strong network within the UAE's travel and tourism sector
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
