Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and partners
  • Promote clinic services and expand the client base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development (UAE experience preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare or polyclinic sector is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of UAE insurance and healthcare system
  • Strong networking skills
  • CRM software experience
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, (Arabic is a plus)
