Business Development Manager

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Experience: 2+ Years

Metalabs Tech is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with CRM tools, and a strong ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Conduct cold calling and engage with potential clients
  • Manage, track, and update leads using CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present company services and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business growth

Tools & Platforms:

Candidates should be familiar with or willing to work with the following tools:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io
  • Outreach & Email Automation: Lemlist, Mailshake, Outreach, LinkedIn
  • CRM Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
