Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Dubai for the role of
Japanese Business Development Manager (BDM)
. This role is focused on expanding international business through strategic broker partnerships, with a key emphasis on the Japanese market.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing broker networks, generating qualified leads, and strengthening long-term business relationships.
Role Objective

Drive international B2B business growth through broker and partner networks

Establish and expand relationships with real estate brokerage firms globally, with a focus on Japanese-speaking markets

Contribute to overall sales pipeline growth and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify and approach new international brokerage firms for partnerships

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the Japanese real estate investment market

Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through broker channels
Broker Management & Relationship Building
-
Onboard and maintain relationships with international brokers and agencies

Act as the primary point of contact for broker partners

Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to ensure engagement
Lead Generation & Conversion

Generate high-quality leads through broker networks and partnerships

Qualify leads and coordinate with internal sales teams for closure

Monitor lead performance and ensure effective conversion ratios
Collaboration & Internal Coordination

Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies

Ensure smooth handover of leads after initial engagement period

Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity
Client Engagement & Presentations

Deliver professional presentations to brokers and clients

Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and exhibitions

Maintain a strong understanding of company projects and offerings
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements

Japanese Language
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English

Client-facing confidence with the ability to engage international stakeholders
Experience & Skills

2–5 years of experience in real estate, B2B sales, or business development

Proven experience in broker management, partnerships, or client acquisition

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in international real estate markets or investment advisory

Exposure to UAE or GCC real estate sector is an advantage

Existing network within brokerage firms is a plus
