Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Safqah Capital, your primary mission is to lead and oversee deal origination efforts by identifying, pursuing, and securing high-potential real estate developers. You will serve as a strategic advisor, representing Safqah’s unique financing products, driving key partnerships, and ensuring a robust pipeline of quality, investment-ready opportunities. In this leadership role, you will guide the business development process end-to end while supporting junior team members and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sourcing and qualification of real estate developers with scalable project potential.

Oversee and support the pitching of Safqah’s financing solutions to senior decision-makers and secure strategic partnerships.

Assess developer business models and ensure alignment with optimal product offerings across land, development, or short-term financing.

Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient handover to arranging and operations teams and maintain deal momentum post-closing.

Monitor and enhance CRM data quality while providing regular reporting on the sales pipeline, performance metrics, and conversion progress.

Represent Safqah at key real estate events, exhibitions, and industry engagements to strengthen brand visibility and expand the developer network.

Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior business development staff to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.

Lead and support the Junior Business Developers to achieve their KPIs and overall sales targets
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to interpret performance metrics.

Deep understanding of financial products and Sharia-compliant financing.

Ability to develop structured proposals, reports, and persuasive business presentations.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Experience:

8 - 10 years in business development, real estate, fintech, or financial services.

Proven track record in deal sourcing, client management, or partnership development.

Experience managing junior staff and leading deal origination processes.

Familiarity with regulated environments and CMA rules is preferred.
Technical Skills:

Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to interpret performance metrics.

Regulatory Certifications:
