We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with relevant experience in the Interior Fit Out industry who shall be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing commercial, retail, and residential projects. The candidate should be able to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and build networks with clients, architects, and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, tenders, and creating compelling sales presentations.
- Network Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
- Client Presentations: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and collaborate with estimating and design teams to propose customized fit-out solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure profitability in line with company targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of fit-out processes, materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and project lifecycles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
