Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive company growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, sales, and market development skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
• Attend meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions
• Prepare regular business development and performance reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• UAE market knowledge and valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Candidate

• Arab or European candidates preferred
• Open to male and female candidates
• Experience in luxury retail, perfumes, or FMCG industries is an advantage
