We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives to drive the company’s revenue growth.
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Strategy: Identify new corporate business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and cold outreach to drive company revenue.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients by providing continuous support, information, and strategic guidance.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market activities to identify potential product improvements or new business offerings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and summarize market data to prepare accurate progress and pipeline reports for the executive leadership team.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional service delivery by strictly establishing and enforcing organizational standards during all client interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with executives and internal teams, contributing to collective efforts to achieve broader organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven professional track record as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or a similar growth-focused role.
- Female Candidates will be preffered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong, professional negotiation capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build immediate rapport and foster long-term partnerships with both external clients and internal teams.
- Drive & Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Tools & Technology: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional software platforms.
- Execution: Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
