PROFILE

JOB PROFILE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Experience in selling packaged software ERP solutions
Experience in software sales process for ERP,CRM & HRMS
Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach
Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required
Exposure to the ERP stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantage
Must be able to work under pressure and generate results

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
Research and identify new market opportunities
