Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role.
  • A strong background in the HR-Tech, EdTech, or recruitment industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems creatively.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
