I am reaching out to share an exciting career opportunity with SGH Energy Systems LLC for the role of Business Development Manager Automation Electrical, based in Muscat, Oman.

Job location : Oman

Role Overview: Sales Engineer/ BDM

This position focuses on driving business growth in the Industrial Automation and Electrical domain, working closely with EPC clients, consultants, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for automation and electrical solutions

Handle end-to-end business development cycle (lead generation to project closure)

Engage with clients to provide tailored solutions in PLC, SCADA, DCS, LV panels, and instrumentation

Collaborate with internal teams for proposal and project execution

Key Requirements

67 years of experience in Business Development (Automation/Electrical) (3 years in Oman)

Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation, SCADA, DCS, HT/LT Panels, Industry 4.0, switchgear

Experience working with EPCs, consultants, and end users

GCC Experience Preferred

Oman Driving License (mandatory)

Willingness to travel across the Middle East

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Automation
