Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding client relationships for Marhaba Auction. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives, customer engagement, and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.

· Identify and engage new business partners, corporate accounts, and clients for vehicle auctions and related services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.

· Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotional campaigns and events that increase participation in auctions.

· Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

· Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present progress updates to management.

· Represent Marhaba Auction at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

· Work closely with the auction team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve auction processes, pricing, and service offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive or auction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Good understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
