Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Salary Range: 70,000 – 90,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male candidate

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to expand our corporate client base and build strong business partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector
  • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners
  • Prepare and deliver competitive business proposals and pitch decks
  • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or corporate sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and client handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
