Job Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Business Development Manager with experience in B2B/B2C/IT/Cloud Sales. The ideal candidate will manage global client relationships, drive lead conversion, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT training solutions.
  • Conduct research on accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and provide consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success initiatives.
  • Mentor or support team members as needed.
  • Contribute to Koenig’s automation initiatives through suggestions and testing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer success (preferably in IT training).
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and creative.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Mandatory Requirement

Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
This role involves global client interaction, including customers from the Middle East and North Africa regions.
