Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Field Sales Specialist to lead B2B sales of our software solutions, including HR, school, college, and accounting systems. This role requires a self-starter who can independently build and manage a strong sales pipeline, close high-value deals, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. While some leads will be provided, the ideal candidate is someone who actively generates opportunities and takes full ownership of their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across corporate and education sectors
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations to decision-makers
  • Sell software solutions including HR systems, school/college management systems, and accounting software
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Follow up on company-generated leads while independently sourcing new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or SaaS
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities
  • Solid understanding of software solutions and business processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling HR software, ERP systems, or education management software
  • Established network in corporate or education sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills

Job Details

  • Experience: 4 - 6 Years
  • Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
  • Shift: Morning, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Working days)
  • Monthly salary starting from: PKR 70,000+
  • Attractive commission structure: up to 100% commission on each successful sale
  • Mobile allowance: PKR 2,000 per month
  • Fuel allowance: 30 liters petrol per month
  • Meals provided: Lunch and tea
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Location: Peshawar
