Job Overview:

Bismillah Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Door to Door in China & Customs Clearance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers and key stakeholders
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
• Mandatory experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus\.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and logistics operations is a plus
