About Us:
We are a fast-growing legal firm specializing in litigation, corporate advisory, and compliance, committed to delivering strategic solutions for our clients. To support our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in legal services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to align client needs with firm expertise.
  • Conduct market research to understand client trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in professional services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong target-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with legal industry will be an added advantage.
