Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an experienced Salon business Manager to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness and market shares. Min 1-4 yrs.

Salon business Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, forecasting sales figures and assessing KPIs and ROI.

To be successful as a Marketing Manager, you should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential franchisees, often through industry events, digital marketing, and networking within the beauty sector.
  • Client Outreach & Engagement: Engage potential franchisees through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present the benefits of owning a salon franchise.
  • Presentation & Education: Explain the salon’s business model, value proposition, and support structure, including marketing, operations, and training, to potential franchisees.
  • Financial Discussions: Help potential franchisees understand the financial commitment, expected ROI, and funding options, sometimes working with finance teams or lenders.
  • Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Work with legal and financial advisors to navigate the franchise agreement, ensuring it meets both the company’s and franchisee’s expectations.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the transition from prospect to franchisee, including initial training, setup support, and alignment with brand standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
