- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, service, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote services and brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.
