Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: On-site, PIA Road, Lahore
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)
Pay: Market-competitive salary + commission

Role

We need an experienced BDM to bid on Upwork (and similar sites), talk to clients, and close deals.

What you’ll do

• Find and bid on the right projects
• Write clear, tailored proposals
• Chat/call with clients, gather requirements
• Negotiate budget and timeline
• Track leads, hits, and revenue

Requirements

• 2+ years bidding experience on Upwork/Freelancer/etc.
• Strong English (written & spoken)
• Good proposal writing and negotiation
• Comfortable with night shift and basic tools (CRM/Sheets, Zoom)
