Job Role: Business Development Manager - Lead

Experience: 2 years

Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Provide on-field coaching and regular performance feedback.
  • Manage team schedules, work allocation, and reviews.
  • Conduct daily meetings to align on goals and strategies.
  • Support the team in closing key client deals.
  • Track sales performance and share reports with management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Hindi & English
  • CRM & reporting skills
  • Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
