Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth. This is an on-site role with no cold calling or fieldwork involved. The candidate will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in advertising and media production.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with the creative team to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of business opportunities and ensure consistent growth.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new avenues for expansion.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in advertising/media/production industry).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, advertising, or media production.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a growth-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
