Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth and design strategic partnerships in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in IT solutions and services, with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, understanding of public procurement process, develop client relationships and close high-value deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Market Research & Lead Generation

· Solution Selling

· Client Relationship Management

· Sales Strategy Development

· Proposal & RFP Management

· Collaboration with Technical Teams

· Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

· Hands on Experience in Government Project's Documentation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical certifications will be an added advantage).

· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.

· Deep understanding of IT services and solutions (e.g., SaaS, Cloud Computing etc.)

· Experience of selling to enterprise clients and handling long sales cycles.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.

Desirable:

· Candidates having experience in Government projects/domain is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
