Business Development Manager (BDM)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for 3rd party / white-label manufacturing in the cosmetics and derma industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, packaging, compliance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience of 10-15 years in Business Development or Sales for 3rd party / white-label manufacturing from the Cosmetics/Derma industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of 3rd party manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong networking skills and industry contacts.
  • Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach.

Education:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Science/Pharma background will be an added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
