Job Description:

Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition initiatives, managing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth. This role involves both individual contribution and managing parts of the sales cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients via networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Lead client presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with senior management on growth strategies.
  • Mentor junior executives and associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,606.21 - ₹72,613.83 per month
