Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: JP Nagara, Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years.
Salary Package: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Including Travelling Allowances & Incentive Package)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our channel partner network. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B and B2C IT sales and be comfortable meeting clients in person to discuss projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services, software, web, app, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Visit client locations for discussions, presentations, and project requirements gathering.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and manage channel partners / resellers for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, and Design) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and incentive milestones.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client agreements.
  • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and business events as required.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in Business Development / Sales in IT or Digital Marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and performance)
  • Travelling Allowances: Provided as per company policy
