Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager leads efforts to grow student enrollment and strengthens the school’s reputation through outreach, event planning, digital campaigns, partnership development and cooperate & Play school tie ups.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote the school by visiting educational fairs, organizing campus tours, open houses, and webinars to attract prospective students and families.​
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email) to engage leads and drive admissions inquiries.​
  • Build relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and consultants to expand outreach.​
  • Build the relationship with the play schools or feeder school.
  • Tie ups with cooperate companies for the direct admission in school
  • Manage the admissions pipeline: track leads, nurture prospects, and streamline the application process.​
  • Analyze market and admission trends, contributing data-driven insights for school strategy.​
  • Plan and host events, workshops, and collaborative webinars with partner institutions.​
  • Monitor admissions targets and support fundraising or scholarship promotions as needed.​
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and admissions teams to enhance program offerings and student engagement.​
  • Uphold the school’s values, ensure data confidentiality, and participate in relevant committees.​

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
