Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager(BDM) to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5years of experience in selling software services to international markets (especially the USA, UK, and Europe), along with exceptional communication and client- handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive business growth by generating qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, cold calling, and job portals (Upwork, PPH, etc.).

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients to foster long-term partnerships.

 Proactively research target markets and client profiles using social and professional networks to identify potential business opportunities.

 Follow up with prospects and clients to understand their needs and propose suitable software service solutions.

 Schedule and conduct client meetings or calls, collaborating with technical and internal teams for solution discussions.

 Keep detailed records of lead generation efforts, communications, and deal progress in the CRM.

 Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Required Skills:

 Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

 Strong experience in cold calling and international lead generation.

 Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, People Per Hour (PPH), and other job portals.

 Proven track record of managing international sales cycles and closing deals.

 Ability to build rapport and trust with overseas clients.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales of software/IT services.

 Prior experience working with clients in the USA, UK, and European markets is essential.

 Strong understanding of client relationship management and lead nurturing.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹523,258.38 - ₹1,477,240.29 per year
