Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold/warm outreach
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, delivery, marketing)
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports in CRM
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability in B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
