Hiring: Business Development Manager – Tech Outsourcing (US Market)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Tech Outsourcing / IT Services industry, who can drive growth in the US market.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and onboarding US clients, with hands-on experience in cold calling and US business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for tech outsourcing services (IT, software, accounting, back-office, etc.).
  • Perform cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach for the US market.
  • Identify client requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and handover to delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the Tech Outsourcing or IT Services industry.
  • Proven experience in US process & US market sales.
  • Strong exposure to cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working in US time zones.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
