Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a talented and goal oriented Business Development Manager to join our team

  • Identify New Business Opportunities
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Explore new markets and industries for growth.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set and track sales targets in line with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance and adjust plans as needed.
  • Marketing and Brand Promotion
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products/services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Proposal Development and Presentations
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership
  • Work closely with internal teams like marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Guide and support junior staff in business development efforts.
  • Revenue Generation and Growth
  • Focus on increasing company revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify areas for business expansion and improvement.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client communications.
  • Report progress and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Feedback and Market Intelligence
  • Collect client feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated with market changes and industry best practices.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation
  • Manage business development budgets and ensure ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
