Job Description

Neworld Developers Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for a client relationship–focused role. This position is non-target based and emphasizes client coordination, follow-ups, professional communication, and relationship management across B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with B2B & B2C clients
  • Conduct professional meetings to understand client needs
  • Handle client follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients
  • Support business growth through referrals and networking
  • Assist in client onboarding and engagement
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation
  • Share client insights with senior management

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client-handling and coordination abilities
  • Professional and solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Eligibility

  • Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or CRM
  • Client-facing experience is an added advantage
