We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth for our visa consultancy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, market expansion, and client relationship management within the education, travel, or immigration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase client base for student visa services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, agents, language institutions and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through online and offline channels and convert them into paying clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct survey and market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, needs and expectations of clients and their solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotional materials, and digital outreach plans.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to promote company services.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on visa policies, market dynamics, and global education trends.
- Create, develop and implementing new strategies to create value for quality customer services using digital tools.
- Presentations at select High Schools & Colleges in across Pakistan.
- Participate in Education Fairs and meet potential students & Pre-evaluate applications for general eligibility and document appropriateness
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in visa consultancy, education, or travel industry).
- A strong network within the education or immigration sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong ability to generate and close leads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs and scholarship opportunities
