Business Development Manager (BDM)

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM).
AlgoNLP is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our customer base and partnerships.We build AI products such as AI voice agents and appointment booking systems for salons, clinics, and service businesses. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, creating partnerships, and helping us expand into new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers and partners
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Present our SaaS products to businesses
• Work with the marketing team to improve lead generation
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Experience in SaaS marketing or SaaS sales
• Experience in business development or B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
