Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: DHA Phase 8, EX Air Avenue, Lahore , Pakistan

Timing

Full-Time — 11 AM to 8 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct meetings and sales presentations
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Work closely with marketing and technical teams
• Build partnerships and strategic collaborations
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Research international markets and trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development or agency sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services
• Experience in client acquisition and lead conversion
• Confidence in meetings and negotiations
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Bonus Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Upwork/Fiverr bidding experience
• Knowledge of SEO/PPC/Web Development
• UAE or international market experience
