Quick Overview:

Drive BPO business growth in the UAE by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with clients to deliver impactful solutions. Achieve revenue targets while expanding the company’s presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for BPO services.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Delivery, Finance) to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the UAE to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to clients.
• Achieve revenue targets and business KPIs set by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in BPO or IT services.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, business culture, and client engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within UAE as required.
