Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

· Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients seeking to establish companies in the UAE (mainland, free zone, offshore).

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

· Provide expert advice on business setup options, license types, visa packages, and regulatory requirements.

Business Development & Sales

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and partnerships.

· Develop sales strategies to promote company services, including PRO, visa, sponsorship, and compliance solutions.

· Conduct presentations and meetings with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.

Market Research & Strategic Partnerships

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE company laws, free zone regulations, and government initiatives.

· Build relationships with free zones (e.g., RAKEZ, IFZA, DMCC, DAFZA, Meydan, SHAMS, etc.) and government bodies (MOHRE, DED, Chamber of Commerce).

· Identify and onboard strategic partners including legal advisors, accountants, and consultants.

Operations & Coordination

· Liaise with internal departments (operations, PRO, legal) to ensure smooth client onboarding.

· Monitor client satisfaction and provide timely after-sales support.

Ensure all business setup processes comply with UAE laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

§ Master’s degree or certifications in business setup consultancy or company formation (preferred).

Experience:

§ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business setup consultancy or company formation services in the UAE.

§ Proven track record in sales and business development with free zones or mainland authorities.

§ Strong understanding of UAE commercial, immigration, and labor laws.

Skills & Competencies:

§ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

§ Strong client relationship management and closing abilities.

§ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

§ Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

§ Proficiency in MS Office.

§ Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
