Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) – UK & US Estimation Campaigns

Schedule:

  • UK Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • US Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break)

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + High Commissions

About Us

Innovatech is a fast-growing company specializing in Construction Estimation Services for clients in the UK and USA. We assist contractors, builders, and developers by providing accurate and professional cost estimates, helping them win more projects efficiently.

To support our expansion, we are looking for experienced Business Development Managers (Sales Representatives) to join our energetic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to UK and US-based contractors and builders to promote our professional estimation services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal Estimation Team for accurate project pricing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of construction estimation services and industry terminology to improve client engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Call Centre, Telemarketing, or International Sales Campaigns (UK/US preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to earn performance-based commissions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
