Results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in vehicle rental and leasing, experienced in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue, with a proven track record in delivering results within fast-paced vehicle leasing and rental environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus to pro-actively market our services, prepare proposals up to and including the conclusion stages.
  • Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
  • Build cross business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
  • Bring products to the market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.
