Business Development Manager – Catering

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our catering business across weddings, private events, and corporate clients. This role is responsible for driving new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence within the events and hospitality market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business across weddings, private events, and corporate catering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with: Wedding planners, Event planners, and Corporate clients
  • Venue owners and event organizers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present tailored catering solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial offers aligned with the company's strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop strategic partnerships to secure recurring business and long-term agreements
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular performance reporting
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure the successful execution of events
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in catering, events, or business development
  • Strong network within the events industry (wedding planners & event planners)
  • Proven ability to generate business and close deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
