Job Title: Business Development Manager (Civil Contracting)

Job Summary

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Saudi civil contracting sector. The role focuses on winning new projects through expert tender management and client development. Only professionals with specific industry experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Saudi construction market.
• Lead the entire tender process: from sourcing and analysis to preparing and submitting winning proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government and private sector clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Negotiate and close contracts to achieve growth targets.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Saudi Based, currently residing in KSA with extensive local experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct Business Development or Sales experience in Saudi civil contracting/construction.
• Hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and winning tenders.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively across KSA.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Verifiable portfolio of secured projects in KSA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼15,000.00 per month
