RAMSA Defence specializes in the design and delivery of turnkey ammunition manufacturing plants and complete production lines, including mortar, artillery and heavy-caliber ammunition.
Our mission is to establish sovereign, localized and industrial-scale ammunition production capabilities for governments, armed forces, state-owned defense industries and strategic investors.
Role Overview
We are seeking former military officers, defense industry professionals or individuals with direct defense-sector experience who can leverage their institutional knowledge, credibility and network to:
- Bring new governmental or institutional customers
- Introduce qualified strategic investors
- Open doors within military procurement and defense decision-making structures
This position is entirely success-based, offering high commissions per closed deal or secured investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage Ministries of Defense, Armed Forces, procurement authorities and state-owned defense organizations
- Generate business opportunities for turnkey ammunition manufacturing facilities
- Establish and manage high-level relationships with military and defense stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, introductions and negotiations
- Support deal structuring and closure in coordination with RAMSA Defence
- Represent RAMSA Defence professionally within defense and military environments
Mandatory Requirements
- Military background (active or retired)
- OR
- Proven experience in the defense industry, including:
- Defense manufacturing
- Military procurement
- Government defense programs
- Established network within defense, military or governmental institutions
- Strong understanding of defense procurement processes
- Ability to operate under confidentiality and high-compliance environments
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Willingness to travel when requiredCompensation

- Performance-based income with no upper limit
