Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and function heads to develop/update job descriptions.
  • Post job Ads on LinkedIn, Bayt, corporate career websites, and free job boards.
  • Source candidates from different job boards such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and corporate jobs email.
  • Conduct screening interviews and competency-based interviews.
  • Instruct candidates on the nature of the job.
  • Invite candidates for interviews.
  • Administer selection tests.
  • Inform candidates not selected of interview results.
  • Prepare job offer and extend it to selected candidate.
  • Conduct new employee orientation.
  • Prepare employment contract.
  • Maintain workforce plan updated to measure progress in achieving workforce plan.
  • Maintain talent acquisition database updated to measure talent acquisition metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Intermediate level in English language, Full-cycle recruiting, and employer branding. Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
