Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and function heads to develop/update job descriptions.
- Post job Ads on LinkedIn, Bayt, corporate career websites, and free job boards.
- Source candidates from different job boards such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and corporate jobs email.
- Conduct screening interviews and competency-based interviews.
- Instruct candidates on the nature of the job.
- Invite candidates for interviews.
- Administer selection tests.
- Inform candidates not selected of interview results.
- Prepare job offer and extend it to selected candidate.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
- Prepare employment contract.
- Maintain workforce plan updated to measure progress in achieving workforce plan.
- Maintain talent acquisition database updated to measure talent acquisition metrics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Intermediate level in English language, Full-cycle recruiting, and employer branding. Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
