About Tamheer Program

It is a program aimed at developing graduates with diplomas/bachelor's degrees or higher in order to provide them with practical field experience. Also, the training period six months on-the-job training for fresh graduates to gain the required skills in a professional environment.

Tamheer Requirements

• To be a Saudi citizen.

• Bachelor degree or diploma holder.

• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

• The job seeker should not been registered for any job during the previous six months.

• He / She should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

Eligible for Tamheer Program.

Minimum or no prior experience is required.

Education and Certifications

A bachelor’s degree in business administration.
