Business Development Manager Construction

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the civil construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across infrastructure, building, and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government authorities.
  • Participate in prequalification processes and tender submissions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with estimation, technical, and project teams for project execution support.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
