Business Development Manager cum Sales Manager

About TechMate

TechMate is a fast-growing IT solutions and services company based in the UAE,

specializing in IT infrastructure, CCTV & access control solutions, networking, digital

services, and business automation. We are on an exciting growth journey and are looking

for a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Manager cum Sales Manager to be

part of our core team and help us scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Develop and maintain B2B and B2C relationships with clients across various sectors.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with management to strategize and execute growth plans.
  • Represent TechMate in a professional and approachable manner to build trust and

brand presence.

  • Stay updated with IT solutions, products, and services to effectively pitch to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT

industry or a similar field in the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Proactive, optimistic, and result-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an added advantage.
